Sponsorship at City's Tennis Courts
Prime Locations*
1 location: $600 plus tax per location per season
3 or more locations: $540 plus tax per location per season
Recreational Locations*
1 location: $400 plus tax per location per season
3 or more locations: $360 plus tax per location per season
There are over 60 public tennis court locations - you choose which best fits your target audience or get professional consultation from the City staff. The advertising season is from May 1st to October 31st, 2016.
*Prime location indicates a high usage of the tennis courts - either they are located in Central Ottawa or the City runs tennis programs at these locations during the tennis season;
Recreational tennis courts are generally located in a neighbourhood and generally used by people who live nearby.
Individual Court Naming Rights
$4,000 plus tax per court per 7 years
$3,700 plus tax per court if purchase 2 courts or more
All court at the desired location must be funded in order to proceed but this guarantees the sponsoring party their name behind each baseline on each court. Courts are resurfaced no earlier than 7 years in Ottawa so the sponsoring party is guaranteed to be the sponsor of that location's courts for at least 7 years. The city will re-paint the logo every year to make sure it's presentable.
Sponsorship at OTA Tennis Clubs
Banner Advertisement (May 1st to Oct 31st)
1 club: $600 plus HST per club per season
3 or more clubs: $540 plus HST per club per season
6 or more clubs: $510 plus HST per club per season
Website Advertisement (May 1st to April 30th)
1 club: $100 plus HST per club per season
3 or more clubs: $90 plus HST per club per season
6 or more clubs: $85 plus HST per club per season
This partnership will help local tennis clubs and OTA invest in youth and adult programming, facilities, and community-based initiatives.
Being a tennis club sponsor also comes with many other benefits, such as:
- corporate logo on new tennis club apparel
- recognition in National Capital Tennis Association (NCTA) Yearbook
- corporate logo on Tennis Smash Cage in Ottawa
- Recognition in all club tournament and promotional materials
