Capital Kids program is a community tennis program for the Ottawa region. It provides cost-free tennis lessons for children aged 6 to 12.  Capital Kids is a collaborative effort between the Ontario Tennis Association and the City of Ottawa.

 

Lessons, run by certified instructors, will be delivered 3 or 4 days a week (depending on the hub), for 17 weeks.  The lessons will take place on public tennis courts in areas which we have designated as Tennis Hubs.

 

We are hiring four volunteers (one for each tennis hub) to promote and facilitate our program. The volunteers will help to promote our program by putting up posters near their designated hub and its surrounding area before the program started, help coaches and instructors throughout the program and help manage the social media platform.
