Join a Club
There is a $10 subsidy for each participant in the program to join a local OTA club in Ottawa.
You can download and fill out the form below and bring it to the tennis club. If you have any questions regarding getting the subsidy. You can contact info@capitalkidstennis.com or call 613-600-5437.
This year's subsidy is valid till December 31, 2015.
